The School Nurse will play a key part in promoting a safe and supportive school environment, liaising with families, healthcare providers, and staff to ensure the best outcomes for students. Position Details:
- Employment Type: Ongoing, full time or part time
- Hours: Negotiable, but coverage across 5 days is required
- Classification: Category B Level 3, under the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited Schools and Secretariat Agreement 2022

What We’re Looking For:
- Clinical Knowledge and Experience – A Nurse with a strong understanding of adolescent health issues, mental health, and child protection protocols, with experience in a school environment highly regarded.
- Administrative and Technical Skills – Proven ability to manage medical records, databases, and documents, with intermediate computer skills and experience using data management systems.
- Compassionate Care and Discretion – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring approach to student wellbeing, the ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a National Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
