Join our team as an Administration Officer – Student Attendance & Excursions. This full-time role plays a vital part in maintaining student attendance records, following up on absences, and managing the logistics and documentation for College excursions, camps, and tours. If you have strong organisational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced administrative environment, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to support the smooth operation of student services.

Position Details:

  • Classification: Category B Level 2, under the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited Schools and Secretariat Agreement 2022

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and with discretion.
  • Proficiency in ICT (MS Office Suite).
  • A proactive problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as required.
